This policy explains what information FlowTech Solutions ("FlowTech," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including how to stop receiving our emails.

Who we are

FlowTech Solutions designs, builds, and hosts custom software for businesses — CRMs, operations platforms, client portals, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows. We connect with prospective clients by phone and email, offer a free guided project intake that produces a version-one project brief, and build and run software for the businesses that choose to work with us.

Information we collect

• Business contact details — such as business name, website URL, a public business email address, phone number, and industry. For prospective clients we collect these from publicly available sources (your website, business listings, and directories).
• Information you provide — anything you send us when you reply to an email, complete our project intake, or otherwise contact us, including your name, your answers to intake questions, and the contents of your messages.
• Project and business information — descriptions of your processes, tools, and goals that you share with us so we can scope, build, and support your software. Publicly accessible information about your business may also be reviewed to prepare a proposal or brief.
• Email engagement — whether a message was delivered and, where our email provider reports it, whether it bounced or was marked as spam. We do not embed tracking pixels in our outreach emails.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you visit this site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address to serve those fonts.

How we use information

• To contact businesses about our custom software services, by phone or by email (for example, following up after a call).
• To prepare project briefs, proposals, and quotes from your intake answers and correspondence.
• To respond to your messages and provide services you request, including building, hosting, and supporting your software.
• To process payment if you choose to become a customer.
• To maintain our do-not-contact (suppression) list and honor opt-outs.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.

Our emails and your choices

Every email we send includes our postal address and a way to opt out. You can unsubscribe at any time by:

• Using the one-click unsubscribe link or your email app's built-in "unsubscribe" button;
• Replying to any message with the word "unsubscribe"; or
• Emailing daelyn@flowtechnicalsolutions.com.

When you opt out, we add your address to a suppression list so we don't contact you again. We honor opt-out requests within one business day.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to do their job:

• Email & hosting — our email provider and the server host that runs this site and the software we build and operate.
• Payments — Stripe, if you make a purchase. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
• AI tooling — AI providers we use to help analyze intake answers, draft briefs and proposals, and power AI-assisted features in the software we build. We send these only the information needed for the task at hand.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Client project data

When we build and host software for you, the data inside that software — your customers, records, and files — belongs to you. We access it only to operate, support, and improve your system, and we don't use it for anything else. You can export it at any time, and if we part ways we'll hand everything over.

Data retention

We keep business contact and project information for as long as needed for our outreach and services, and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations. Suppression-list entries are kept indefinitely so we can continue to honor your opt-out. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you (see below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, to opt out of marketing, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we'll respond as required by applicable law. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including TLS encryption and routine backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
